Natural Cure For Snoring

Snoring is one of the most common health problems today. If your or your spouse’s snoring is outrageous, you are one of 23% of couples that seriously suffer from this terrible condition.

The problem isn't just the irritation of staying awake the whole night or waking up from a spouse's elbow over and over again. Not getting enough rest is simply life threatening.

You know that it can be life threatening when you loose focus driving in heavy traffic or crossing the street.

It’s also life threatening because your whole emotional and physical balance will suffer. Nerves breakdown, stroke, and heart-attack are only three examples of this.

But most likely you are aware of this and have tried several things to cure the snoring , with very limited success.

So Let's Look at What Causes This Horrible Condition in Your Life

It’s actually pretty simple. There is always some kind of block in the breathing passages that cause snoring. The airflow in the breathing passage automatically becomes irregular if there is any block there.

This irregular airflow slams the soft tissues in your breathing passages around like a door in a wind. Your throat and mouth become like speakers, powered by powerful quantifier and your partner can’t sleep.

The noise becomes really bad when the soft palate (a flexible part of the back of the roof of the mouth) also begins to vibrate. Sometimes, if the soft palate is weak, then the tip of it will bang down on the tongue (which may be dropping into the throat at the same time) like a bongo drum.

What makes snoring so complicated to cure is, the blockages varies so much between people. And most of the time there are several blockages in the breathing passage each person has.

1) The throat may be weak and close down when sleeping. This is the most common cause of sleep apnea, very serious condition where snoring is just a one sign.

2) Tense jaw muscles put pressure on the breathing passages. This is what many dentist try to deal with by putting in dental implant. An easier way to avoid this is loosing up and relaxing the jaw muscles.

3) The Jaw may press on the breathing passage narrowing it. Often this is because of tension in the muscles around the Jaw that press it out of its normal healthy position.

4) Any muscle that is tense or weak around the breathing passage can put a pressure on it and make you snore. Very common is tension in the shoulders and neck.

But the big question is; how can we get rid of these blocks?

So How Can You Get Rid of the Blocks That Cause Your Snoring ?

I guess when you look at it, it’s just a common sense. I’ve found that you can train this part of your body like any other part. Working out the breathing passages.

You’re of course not going for a heavy workout. You don’t kill a fly on your friends head with a sledge hammer. I’m talking about light, easy, simple exercises that get your breathing passage in top shape.

Using few exercises, each focused on one area in and around your throat, will remove ANY block you have. No matter what’s causing your snoring.

The simplicity of this is that no matter what blocks your breathing passage, the same few exercises will cure you.

You’ll actually strengthen and open up the whole breathing passage, from your throat up to the nasal opening.

What you will do is strengthening the whole breathing passage and the area around it.

By doing simple throat exercises your soft palate and the whole area from bellow your voice box up into your nasals and everything in-between will be strengthened and refreshed. Plus it will clean the throat of any fat or tar.

Strengthening your tongue prevents it from falling into your throat.

Loosing up your Jaw muscles stops it from pressing on the breathing passage. You’ll be amazed how much more easy your breathing will be after you train your jaw muscles.

The Jaw exercises will loosen up the jaw and help it reach its healthy normal position where it won't press on the breathing passage.

And finally, the throat exercises will strengthen the throat and lift the soft palate.

You make the choice how many minutes a day you want to train. The minimal time is only 3 minutes.

How long you exercise every day is up to you. You can train for as little as three minutes a day.

I recommend committing to 7-12 minutes a day for quick, permanent results. After you cure your self, you never have to do the exercises again.

It varies a lot between people how quickly the exercises work. I recommend that you be ready to work the program for two months. The program will most likely stop your snoring quicker than that. But if you’re ready to give it full blast for two months, you’re guaranteed to cure your self.
